Today’s economic scenario in india:

1) The agriculture sector, construction & real estate, manufacturing sector, service sector including transport, hospitality, hospital, communication, software industry, technical Sectors like automobile, textile industry,MSME sectors and other core industries were badly affected.
2) Instead of creating more jobs, nowadays existing employment is disappearing.

Future of India
Import from China, trade war between China and USA, volatile pricing of crude oil, difference of rates of gold, dollar exchange rates fluctuation has affected the Indian economy very badly. The Indian manufacturers or industrialists could not compete with the quality and quantity offered by the Chinese companies. Large corporate companies like Walmart, Amazon has acquired the local small companies and it has affected the rural economy / trade.
The burden of GST has affected the middle class family. The sharing of the GST is not equal and the end user has affected even though GST is a must. Uninterrupted power and water supply is a major troubling factor for the economy.
Pertaining to the agriculture sector, the kith and kin of the agriculture labourer has migrated to the cities for employment and the remaining 20 % of people available in the villages were aged as well as they are in the comfort zone in which the essential food items like rice is given almost free and MNREGA schemes which gives 100 days income to them.
The village people have got addicted to alcohol. Nowadays, people were involved in agriculture only for the self survival purpose but not contributing to the nation’s economy.
Education system :
Over 1.8 million engineering graduates, graduates and post graduates were passing out per year but only 20 % of them may get employment and the remaining were jobless every year.
The educated persons were joining in a job to survive rather than based on their qualification.
In overall scenario, we are having good natural resources but utilising only less than 25 % for agriculture.
AGRICULTURE BASED ECONOMY IS THE ONLY FUTURE WAY TO PROVIDE THE DEVELOPMENT IN INDIA.
Solution :
In one side jobless graduates and on the other side labour is not available for the agriculture sector. Agriculture is a vast field which produces vegetables, fruits, flowers, medicinal plants, animal husbandry products, cow feeding, floriculture, horticulture etc.,
Now in India, scarcity of the labour has affected the agriculture sector where as most of the graduates, engineers and post graduates were unemployed. This is very necessary to bring the jobless graduates into the agriculture field with the latest technology in agriculture equipments (micro to macro) and with the support of various agriculture universities, colleges, research centres, colleges, GoI organisations like MSME, SIDBI and NABARD.
There is a lot of gap and we are planning to bridge the gap between the jobless people with the requirement of manpower to the agriculture sector. This is a very subject and a difficult task.
Our Arunachalam trust is coming forward to construct the bridge between the challenges faced by the agriculture sector and the jobless people as well as lot of educational institutions were inefficient to run the day to day academic operations.
1) We will be involving the educational institutions for the promotion of agriculture by utilising the infrastructure and the available land.
2) We will be getting the support or planning to affiliate with the agriculture universities, research institutes, departments and other GoI institutions.
3) To motivate the jobless graduates and the farmers to get into the agriculture sector, we have to protect them with a monthly monitory benefit as well as food and shelter which will give a start up support in the first six months. In the second phase we will be planning to grow high value plus value added agriculture products for 6 months.
4) The profit from whatever yield is coming from the agriculture would be shared between the colleges (50%) and the landlord/students. The people in and around the village including the poor rural women and workers would be enrolled.
5) During the training period, all the agriculture related technical equipments, technology, knowledge would be provided to them through tie up with various agriculture departments including the orientation in exports. Wide marketing knowledge about where the agriculture products are in demand in India / abroad and a separate marketing team would be set up.
6) We would be encouraging the people after the training period to do group farming to become an entrepreneur in the agriculture field by the conversion of graduates as farmers with monetary benefit and profit partners.
7) Formation of Cluster model of entrepreneurship in the rural areas
8) Formation of Farmer Producer Company
9) Micro Business to Women entrepreneurs
10) Providing the training to the roof top – green vegetables
11) Nodal Institutions – Association with more than 16 organisations of Government of India – MANAGE of ICAR, NSIC, MSME-DI, NABARD, KVK etc.
12) Specialist Trainers and Coordinators to provide assistance to avail the facility through various schemes of the state / central government, assistance for the loans with subsidy, connecting the buyers, leasing the land, single window system affiliation with the government buyers, training with the stipend, food and accomodation and transfer of technology from the research institutions.
